Large coastal holiday home Cornwall, Porthtowan

Torvean is a large, secluded coastal home in Porthtowan, Cornwall. The house looks out onto the Atlantic Ocean and borders an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Architectually-designed, Torvean boasts grandeur​. The snug, drawing room and dining room all have a log-burner ready to light on the cooler evenings. The library is brimming from floor-to-ceiling with books, and the games room is set for table tennis. The kitchen is well equipped with all the mod-coms needed for your stay. Torvean is an Edwardian home that has been renovated recently. The interior is tastefully decorated with our own artwork. The kitchen has all the amenities required for family living. Central in the dining room is a large teak root table. The house also has its own electric vehicle charging point Very large private driveway with plenty of parking A quiet neighbourhood. Five-minute​ walk to the nearest beach of Porthtowan Private drive with plenty of parking. A bus stop opposite the house. Nearest train station - Truro The house is set in five acres of its own private land. In the garden is a huge trampoline, a bike pump track and veggie patches full of fresh food (in the summer). In our paddock, which is set apart from Torvean, is a holiday home called Birdsong that we built in 2023. The properties each have their own drive and do not share facilities. There is a den in our woodlands that my children built. We kindly ask that this is kept 'out of bounds'.
